About DL One Enterprises, Inc. and This Website
This website, www.dolifeb2b.com (the “Site”), is operated by DL One Enterprises, Inc. (“DL One,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). DL One is a Nevada-based company specializing in the design, stocking, and distribution of Velcro patches, accessories, and related products.
This Site is for approved wholesale customers only. All product information, pricing, and ordering functions are hidden from non-logged-in users. DL One does not sell retail products through this Site. For retail purchases, please visit www.dolifeusa.com.
1. Wholesale Account Access
Access to this Site requires an active wholesale account issued by DL One Enterprises or an authorized sales representative. You agree to keep your login credentials confidential and use this Site only for legitimate business purposes related to ordering DL One products. DL One may suspend or revoke account access at any time if misuse, misrepresentation, or unauthorized sharing is suspected.
2. Purchase Orders and Commitments
Submitting a purchase order (“PO”) through this Site constitutes a binding wholesale purchase commitment. All orders are considered accepted upon submission unless modified or canceled by DL One before shipment.
Our default policy is “Ship & Cancel”—out-of-stock items will be canceled unless the customer requests “Ship & Backorder” in the order notes at checkout. DL One may adjust or cancel quantities before shipment if products become unavailable, discontinued, or mispriced. Once shipped, your order becomes billable in full.
3. Invoicing and Payments
DL One does not accept payments directly on this Site. After products are shipped, invoices are issued and can be paid securely through our payment portal hosted by Method.com.
DL One does not collect or store credit-card or banking information. All payment details entered in the Method portal are processed securely by Method and governed by their own privacy policy. Customers remain responsible for timely payment of all shipped and invoiced goods.
4. Shipping and Delivery
All products are stocked and shipped directly by DL One Enterprises from our Nevada facility using standard carrier services. Shipping costs, methods, and estimated timelines will be noted on invoices or communicated by your sales representative. Once an order has shipped, the customer is responsible for payment of the shipped items.
5. Returns and Claims
All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. DL One reviews return requests on a case-by-case basis for defective or mis-shipped items only. Because patches and accessories are often displayed in retail settings, DL One may decline returns for items that appear shop-worn, damaged, or unsellable due to customer handling. Claims for damaged or defective goods must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.
6. Product Information and Accuracy
DL One strives to ensure that all product information is accurate and current. However, descriptions, specifications, and prices may change without notice. DL One reserves the right to correct any errors or update listings at any time. All content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as a binding guarantee of availability or pricing.
7. Limitation of Liability
DL One provides this Site “as is,” without warranties of any kind. DL One shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, including order discrepancies, data errors, or communication delays.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Clark County, Nevada.
